- To enable each individual to live an ordinary
life as far as possible; co-operating as part of a household and contributing to the running of
their home as far as they are able.
- To encourage each person to achieve their potential; developing their skills and abilities and participating in activities within their home and wider community.
- To work with each individual to manage and reduce difficult/challenging behaviour so that their relationships are not adversely affected and integration into the community is not prevented.
