Residential Care Supported Accomodation Tenancies In Own Flats *proposed new development |
Developing service users’ skills, confidence and independence in order for them to move from Residential Care, through Supported Accommodation and on to their own flats with tenancies. At every stage their support services stay with them ie. key worker, day care etc. Reducing the trauma of the move, but at each move their level of support reduces – which reduces the cost to social and health services.
