Holmleigh Care supports adults of all ages in residential care, supported living and through domiciliary care (supporting people in their own homes). In all areas the support is person centred and outcome-focused. Our aim is to increase our Service Users’ confidence and independence, either by improving their skills centre or maintaining effective levels of support, helping them to enjoy the greatest quality of life possible.

All support packages are person centred and are flexible, results-focused and can range from a 30 minute call to 24 hour care.
