At Holmleigh we consider ourselves very fortunate to work with so many dedicated managers and support staff. It is their dedication, hard work and commitment that has helped so many of the Service Users we support achieve such positive outcomes and progression in their lives

Our passionate and well-trained staff teams have developed the practical experience and specialist knowledge that is required in order to truly develop the confidence, life skills, wellbeing and independence of individuals with a range of specific care and support needs.

We firmly believe in continual learning and staff development and many of our carers have gone on to become managers . We have our own accredited Training department and Quality Assurance managers who together support our managers and staff teams – ensuring that there is a constant reinforcement of best practice, that staff teams are up-to-date on current legislation / policy and high standards are maintained or improved upon.
